just wondering when we are getting our post box up at dunnes, so fed up having to walk down the town....god you would swear it was miles away but the council said months ago that we were getting one....maybe its just on the long finger along with all the other things the council are promising
I didn't know we were getting one! That would be great. Yes, having to go all the way down town to post a letter is a pain sometimes. And I have only started to learn how to drive so would have to walk.
I'm sure the newsagents there would sell books of stamps too, if they don't already.
I'd would be so handy to have a postbox this end of the town. I agree it is a bit of a pain. We really need somewhere else that sells stamps because I don't know about anoyone else but I will go to any post office EXCEPT Balbriggan post office!!! Drives me mad, why can't they just put a simple machine on the wall that sells stamps!!!
Hi girls, It's been a while, sorry about not posting lately, have been too busy with the newest addition to the family. Now we seem to have found the balance back I will try to touch base as often as they allow me. Just read about the post box, it is needed badly indeed, am tired of pushing a double buggy through town just to mail a letter. the news agent across from dunnes sells stamps, only national stamps though, so if you needed to send something abroad I'm afraid you'd have to go to the post office.... xx rikkie
