Hope ypur all well.Haven't been on in ages, feeling very big and lazy, due baby no2 on sat, so fingers crossed won't be waiting to long now!
Anyway, my question/rant is about spiders! Almost every night the past week we have found HUGE spiders in the house, lurking around the stairs and doors. They really are huge and have what look like fangs?!Last night i woke up to make one of my many trips to the loo, and there was one of the beasts on the floor right beside my bed.Well, I almost went into labour with the fright, and dp, had to go searching for him and kill him so i could go back to bed.Was awake for hours after worrying about them Do any of you have similar problem?This is probably a silly question, maybe it's the hormones, but i am afraid incase they breed?!
My other question, is can anyone reccomend something to stop cats pooing in my garden, this only a recent thing, but god the smell of it, HELP!!!

Oh god those spiders sound scary, lucky have not seen any of those about. You could try half filling 2liter bottles with water and set them on their side in the garden i have heard this works to keep cat away. Good luck for saturday will keep my fingers crossed for you.
Oh Michelle, best of luck on Saturday firstly. No I haven't hd any problem with spiders but will ask around and see if there are any tips.
There does seem to be a huge cat population in Balbriggan, I have the same tip as Chantelle, maybe get a dog? If you have the space and like them obviously!
I also have problem with spiders last couple of days i'm so afraid of them but try to be brave when my son is around cause dont want him to end up like me . And for the cats dont get me started there are cat everywhere in balbriggan . Good few up behind my house but dont bother anyone , then theres two nxt door to me cannt even open my windows cause their keep coming into my house. Go in before and p*** on my bed and was on my sons when he was asleep i nearly died . Had to put stop to that had afall out the the neighbours bout it as their out 24/7 jst so afraid something will have to my son. I put nails into the top of my fence right around my back garden so if they get up will cut their paws guy in garden centre told me to do that as nothing else seems to work. I no it bad but its working and all i care about is my sons safety.
last night was 1st night we haven't had a spider in over a week, hopefully there wont be many more, there a field at back of our houses so maybe they coming from there.
As for cats, i got stuff called 'get off' in woodies and seems to be doing the trick so far, they dont like the smell of it (citrus smell), and put out the bottle of water too, ill try anything ! never had problam before but dp done our garden few wks ago and since then the cats love it !!
