Pasta Risotto

I made this for Eoin and he loved it, the only thing is I would reduce the pasta as you end up with 2 large portions. Probably big enough for an adult. The cheese gives the pasta a lovely texture. I made it with carrots, brocolli, corgettes and peas.

I used to mix apple with cinnamon, or apple with pear for Eoín. Also did apple or pear with kiwi. I still mix those fruit for him now!
Just peel and core and put 2 tablespoons of water and then cook in a saucepan until soft, then pureé.
Easy Peasy!

Hi, some more ideas for foods. Where I have 2:1 that means 2 carrots to 1 potato - hope it makes sense! I just put them in water I know that boiling them means you loose some nutrients but when I steamed the veg it was too hard for weaning, I thought.
