Ok just wondering is anyone interested in coming walking with me once or twice a week? Could meet at Dunnes and walk to Lidl via the church or maybe some other route. See if we have a walking partner then we can both motivate each other.
I would like to shift my excess weight by my birthday which is June so I'm setting a realistic target. I would NOT like to say how much weight I have to loose but it's ALOT!!!!!
Since i had Jasmine ive lost all the baby weight and more. If you want I could help u loose some weight. I done it through alot of research (Through magasines [which actually cost me a fair bit] and the internet). Healthy diet with occasional treats to prevent binge eating. If you dont allow yourself some leway and a day where your allowed eat what you want you'll binge on fatty foods. A 30 min power walk 2 or 3 times a week and some home excersise a few days a week (work out one day, rest the next work the following day and rest the next and so on...)
Im not working as you know so i have a fair bit of free time. If you want to have a chat about it please send me a mail or call me.
