Weight watchers

Does anyone know if there's a WW club local.I'm struggling on my own trying to lose weight and need a little help ,actually alot of help I'm useless.I know I should ring them but I only ever seem to think of it at night.

Not sure to be honest - I'm sure there is though, or something similar..

Joined that Haven Body myself - similar to Curves - same idea 30 minute work out.. It's very good, quite hard though, I was shattered afterwards, will take a while to build up the awl fitness level !!

I find it good as it's only takes 30 minutes, which is just about all the time I can muster up for myself these days LOL, hopefully will reap the benifits soon

www.weight watchers.ie (delete space) is the website, it says there's a meeting on Wednesday at 10am in the community centre and thursday at 5:30 & 7pm in the Bracken Court. It costs 20euro to join and 9euro a week after that.

Or Unislim - In the Combined Clubs on wednesday evening at 7:30pm couldn't find cost details on the website www.unislim.com

Hope that helps.

Yeah you can. I think they are cool about kids, as long as they don't cry. Like everywhere.
