Parish Baptism are celebrated in St.Peter And Pauls Church , Balbriggan as follows.
BAPTISMS
1st & 3rd Sunday of each month St.Peter And Pauls Church - 4pm
2nd & 4th Saturday of each month St.Peter And Pauls Church- 4pm
Please contact the Parish Office to request Baptism. You will then be given an Information Pack, and you can arrange the date on which your child will be baptised. Parents are asked to come to a Peraration Meeting. Meetings are held twice a month and the date will be given to you by the Parish Office
The Preparation Meeting offers parents support as they prepare for their child's Baptism. We look at the symbols that are used at Baptism, and what they mean,; we deal with the Practical Details for the Day of Baptism; arrangements are made for the people to give the Readings and to make the Prayers of the Faithful at the Baptism, and there is a short time of Prayer and a Naming Ceremony.
