Hi, Eoín has started waking during the night and all he wants to do is play. He won't take a drink or let me hold him he just wants to play but usually when I try to let him down on the ground he cries. Last night he was up for 2 hours, lucking I didn't mind too much as I had been on nights and am working nights again tonight.
I know haw you feel.Tips that were given to me with Rachel were don't speak to him ,don't make eye contact and don't leave the bedroom to go to another room.I'd say though it's just a phase he's going thru and hopefully it won't last too long.the doc in Temple st.also said every time a baby learns how to do something new it tends to affeect their sleep pattern.Wish i had more advise than that

That's good to know Wendy, that's he's starting to stand by himself so maybe that's what it is?!
