Pays to complain!

Thought I'd share this with you. I recently got some pampers and the stitching was off on them and when I rang to complain the lady took my details and sent me out a envelope to return the pampers in and send me a 13 euro voucher!!!!!!

Anyone else got any similar stories??

Hi Dors,

You are so good at all this stuff.....I had a few nappies where the sides were stuck and had great ambition to complain, but never actually did it.....the same goes for the ketchup I bought that just really tasted funny....it is good to know though that sometimes you get taken seriously.....I am still waiting on bus aerann about the break times of the drivers around here

anyway...will do my best to the trouble next time if it pays off, why not?!

I agree Rikkie, companies need feedback from people, otherwise how do they know if there is a problem with their product?!?!

You are paying for a service or product you have a right to have your say, ah like the voting slogan.

Every little helps girls, we bought a new soup (can't even remember the name) but it tasted soooooo BAD that my husband immediately rang the number on the carton (in the midlands somewhere) and complained. Turned out it was a new soup they had just introduced and welcomed feedback and sent us a E20 voucher for Dunnes Stores!!! We were happy! But I tell you, that soup was BAD!
